We have a PhD position in machine learning funded WASP (https://wasp-sweden.org/). The project involves developing deep learning approaches to predict conformational states of proteins. The position will be announced before the summer, but I would be happy to get in contact with interested candidates before that. The PhD student will join the WASP AI research school, which requires a strong background in machine learning and programming.
